Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Md. Shakil, an individual based in Bangladesh, trading as Nuqta Icons ("Nuqta Icons", "we", "us"). They cover the website at nuqtaicons.com, the Figma plugin, the npm and Flutter packages, and the icons themselves. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you use Nuqta Icons for a company, you agree on its behalf.
1. The service
Nuqta Icons is a library of original icons in several styles and corner shapes, with tools to browse, customise, download and install them. The Stroke style is free. Other styles, animation, exports and some packages need a paid plan (Pro or Team).
2. Accounts
- You can browse and use free icons without an account. Paid features need an account or a license key.
- Give accurate details and keep your password and license key private. You are responsible for activity under your account and key.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Free: every icon in the Stroke style, in all corner shapes, at no cost.
- Pro: all styles, animation, exports and packages for one person.
- Team: the same as Pro for up to 10 people in one organisation.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner (currently Polar, polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record. It handles checkout, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or the receipt email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change affects your renewal.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. Please try the free Stroke set before you buy. Exceptions and details are in our refund policy.
5. Icon license
When you use Nuqta Icons, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the icons as follows.
You can
- Use the icons in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work, websites, apps, software, products, presentations, marketing and print.
- Change size, colour, stroke and style, and combine the icons with your own work.
- Ship the icons inside your product, for example as SVG in an app bundle, without attribution.
You can't
- Sell, share, sublicense or give away the icons as icons, for example as an icon set, icon font, UI kit, template asset pack, plugin or library that lets others use the icons on their own.
- Upload the icons to marketplaces, stock sites or AI training datasets, or claim them as your own design.
- Use the icons in a logo or trademark you register.
- Share your license key, or use one Pro key for more than one person.
Free icons follow the same rules. Paid icons may be used only while your plan is active, except that projects you finished and published while your plan was active may keep the icons they already include.
6. Devices and keys
A Pro key can be active on up to 3 devices or browsers and a Team key on up to 10. You can deactivate a device at any time to free a slot. Keys that are shared publicly or abused may be disabled.
7. Ownership
The icons, their designs, the website, packages and plugin are owned by Md. Shakil and are protected by copyright. Except for the license above, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape at scale or reverse engineer the service, bypass license checks, or use it for anything unlawful.
9. Changes and availability
We improve the library over time and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The service and icons are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Nuqta Icons and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms. Sections 5 (for finished projects), 7 and 10 continue after that.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies.
